- Pricing:
- All prices listed on our Website are in Euros (EUR).
- VAT is included in the displayed price, VAT is recalculated based on the shipping address
- Prices do not include delivery costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
- We strive to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate. However, errors may occur, and if we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
4. Payment Information
- Payment Method: We currently accept payment via invoice only. Upon placing your order, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address with the total amount due and our bank account details for the transfer.
- Payment Terms:
- Payment is due within 15 days of receiving the invoice.
- Your order will be processed and dispatched only after the full payment has been received and confirmed in our bank account.
- Non-Payment: If payment is not received within the stipulated time frame, your order will be canceled.
5. Shipping Information
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver only within Croatia.
- Delivery Time:
- Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery typically takes between 2 and 3 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery Costs: Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcels and are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Process: After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
- Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer, additional delivery charges may apply. If the courier service is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us, and re-dispatching costs will be charged.
- Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party courier services. Additionally, we are not liable for any damage to goods that occurs during delivery. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns:
- You have the right to return unopened or damaged board games within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at igor@acomplix.com with your order number, details of the product, reason for the return, and include an image of the damaged goods if applicable.
- Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is unopened and in perfect condition.
- If the item was received damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

- Good Faith Resolution: The buyer and seller agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably and in good faith.
- Legal Action: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to the competent court in Croatia for resolution.
8. Consumer Protection and Contract Termination
- Objections: In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14), you may submit any complaints or objections directly to us at igor@acomplix.com
- Unilateral Termination: According to Article 72, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of product delivery without providing a reason. However, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product due to handling it in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- Limitation on Termination: As per Article 79, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, you lose the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the performance has begun with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right to cancel once the performance begins. This limitation also applies if the product is made according to your specifications or is clearly personalized.
- Calculation of Deadline: The 14-day period for unilateral termination begins from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

10. Applicable Law
- These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved before the competent courts of the Republic of Croatia.
